During spring break of 2008 the Fluent team and I headed up north with Flow-ent rider Alex Miranda. Searching for good new spots was obviously not a problem for us. In fact, we didn’t get kicked out from one spot the entire trip!

Every so often some friends and me will drive to spot, I’ll start rolling the tape, and they’ll start really trying to land tricks. And every so often we simply won’t get what we want. Here’s Lawrence Hong displaying a perfect example of just that.

This here is U.C.N. rider, Steven Ban flying off the Cerritos Skatepark quarter-pipe. The thing about little kids is that they can fly, see for yourself.

I call this one a clip to cringe for. This rails width was about the same as a boards, yet Monchies boldly went for it. This shows just how much dedication he’s got for his family over at DMT!

Last spring break Fluent boys and I decided to head south and skate San Diego. With little money, food, and plans, we somehow managed to come up with a San Diego skateboarding montage. Enjoy watching our two-day trip!

Here’s a bit of footage I collected one day filming with Lil’ Rene. In our short time together we skated Santa Monica beach and Santa Monica High School. He rides for Mainline Skateshop and being five years old, this kid fits the definition of a skateboarding prodigy. Check it out!
